The quality of a professional training depends on the quality of the trainers, while the quality of the trainers depends mainly on the quality of the training that the trainers received. The workshop will be instructed by Mr. Ben Ho, the chief consultant of TMIL, or Mr. Dan Miller, the vice president of the Institute for Experiential Education. The scope of the workshop includes both hard skill and soft skill elements in Experiential Education. The content is flexible and may be altered to address specific questions in order to meet the training needs of the participants.

Participants will also be able to get the TMIL Train-the-Trainer Certificate if they meet the standard of the course.
