Family Workshop

Parents in Hong Kong are typically busy at work. A famous modern proverb says, 'time is money'. Parents often missed out the chance to communicate with their children because of their work. This usually makes the child feel being ignored, and hence the gap would exist in the family.

The Family Workshop, using experiential training methods, enhances the communication and understanding between parents and their children by interesting, simple and practical games. Children can also improve their learning skills through exercises. Meanwhile, parents will be able to identify the child's characteristics, personality, emotional reactions and potential competence through the series of games and activities.

Objectives:

• Improve the relationships and understanding
• Develop positive thinking and proactive attitude, and hence enhance self-esteem
• Develop communication skills, emotional management and the interactivity between EQ and IQ
• Enhance creativity and the competence to think
• Enhance interpersonal skill
• Enhance the child's EQ and AQ

• Reduce the parent's level of stress and pressure
