Mr. Rex Chong (Senior Consultant)
 Mr. Rex Chong specializes on Sales Training
and he has been in the insurance industry since 1986. He became
the Branch Manager in 1990. Rex is very experienced in training
and Sales Management. He has strong interest in communication,
persuasion and negotiation skill. Throughout his service to the
company, Rex specializes to train up the front line staffs and
became a sales trainer who is responsible to enhance the quality
of sales team, improve the effectiveness, team building, enhance
personal breakthrough, enhance positive emotion and increase
the cohesiveness. Rex is a registered Experiential Based Trainer
in U.S. He specializes to apply humor and other innovation methods
in the training. Recently, he went to the NLP University in U.S.
to continue his education, and became the Master Practitioner
in NLP. He also successfully combined the NLP with experiential
education in sales training. Meanwhile, he is developing
a new teaching method by putting the Eastern cultural elements
into the NLP materials. This act will certainly make NLP become
more suitable for local people.
