Mr. Jonathan Lee (Senior Consultant)

Professional Background
Mr. Jonathan Lee is a senior trainer who has over 15 years of experience in experiential training and outdoor education field and 4 years of exposure in large-scale fund raising event management. Jonathan has been engaging in training consultancy for a long period of time to design and deliver programs. Over the years he has conducted over 1,000 programs to clients from different sectors and nationalities. Besides his training experience, he worked overseas substantially in several countries including Outward Bound Florida in USA, Australia and Malaysia.

Jonathan is a specialist in designing innovative programs to meet clients�� specific needs. He is renowned for his good sense of humor and creativity that continuously pouring new ideas and concepts into experiential training. Recently Jonathan has invented ��Cafe Master�� & ��Arts in Action�� with local settings. Those programs are all very well received indeed.

Jonathan is graduated from the diploma in recreation and sports management at HKU SPACE, and the Train-the-Trainer Certificate at HKIHRM. He is also a certified NLP practitioner. Furthermore, Jonathan is keen on making contributions in education. He has been a tutor for the Continuing Education Certificate in Adventure Education for Trainers at CityU SCOPE, the chief trainer for the teambuilding workshop for PolyU MBA students, and the chief trainer for CSTDI 5-days residential teambuilding programme for EOs in the government.

Jonathan has ample experience in managing corporate training locally and regionally with diversified business nature. Organizations he has worked for include: Credit Suisse HK, JP Morgan, National Australia Bank, Bayer Material Science Ltd. Asian Pacific Executive, Schenker International, AXA Asia Pacific regional office, Avery Dennison, Civil Service Bureau, etc.
