Mr. Ben Ho (Chief Consultant)

Mr. Ho specializes in all kinds of Corporate Training and he is currently the Principal Consultant and founder of Training Master International Limited, a consulting firm focusing on Experiential Based Training.
Professional Background
Mr. Ho has over 20 years experience in experiential training. He holds a Diploma in Training Management, CUHK and is also a holder of Diploma in Training Management, the Institute of Personnel Development in UK. Prior to his current commitment, Mr. Ho was a senior instructor with the Hong Kong Outward Bound School and an executive trainer with HSBC. Throughout his service to HSBC, Mr. Ho had taken a leading role in the development of a global team-building strategy for the bank's worldwide senior executives. Apart from his working experience, Mr. Ho is also a certified instructor with Hong Kong Mountaineering Union, Sport Climbing Association of Hong Kong and the Challenge Course Association of Hong Kong China, and one of the founding members of the Hong Kong Institute of Adventure Counseling.

With over twenty years experience in experiential and adventure-based training, Mr. Ho has been in charge of developing training programs for organizations, though not exhaustive, including Sino-American Shanghai Squibb Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Cathay Pacific, Nestle China, CUHK, Hong Kong Air Terminals, Motorola Asia-Pacific, Peninsula Hotel, Shell, San Miguel Brewery, Longman Publishing, Trade & Industry, BP Oil, Royal Plaza, etc.
