Mr. Alvin Choy (Senior Consultant)

Professional Background
Mr. Alvin Choy has 15 years of solid experience in experiential-based training. He joined the military force in 1983. After his service to the military force, he obtained a Diploma in Social Work from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and thereafter worked as a social worker in 1996. Alvin extensively applied outdoor training in adult, parents and youth programmes. He specialized in strategic war games, personal breakthrough programmes, teambuilding, team culture shaping and leadership training. Now Alvin works as a trainer in experiential-based training for corporate firms and organizations.

Alvin has been involving in conducting training programmes for various corporate clients, organizations and educational institutes including CUHK EMBA programme, the Government Laboratory, Securities and Futures Commission, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Hong Kong Housing Society, Department of Health, Social Welfare Department, Trade and Industry Department, Longman Publishing, City University of Hong Kong, AIA, A. S. Watsons, Philips Electronics, Hongkong International Terminals, etc.
