5. I'm scared by height and not physically fit. Can I participate in the training program?

Ans: Yes. We do offer both high and low impact activities to suit different kinds of needs. Low impact activities involve slight to moderate energy consumption and no climbing that can be held everywhere indoor or outdoor even in your meeting venue. Everyone no matter his or her age, gender and physical fitness is capable to complete the activities.

For high impact activities we mainly offer ropes course challenges and rock climbing. Though in such activities climbing to a certain height is necessary, every participant does have his or her right to choose either taking the challenge or give up. Even though a participant ends up in climbing one feet away form the ground his or her act can also be a major accomplishment to himself or herself. If a participant chooses not to attempt an event, he or she can still participate in the activity including providing support to partners through belaying, coaching or spotting.

Ans: Mr Ben Ho is a member of the Association for Experiential Education (AEE) and Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT). Safety is our first priority. All of our equipment and infrastructure are designed, built and maintained by technical experts according to industry standards. Our trained staff members will closely supervise participants throughout the program to ensure safety. High perceived risk, but very low actual risk. That's why our courses can spark tremendous personal and professional growth.

7. What if the weather is bad on the day of my training?

Ans: Typically ropes course team building programs will be held no matter it rains or shine. In case of lighting, thunderstorms and typhoon approaching, all outdoor activities will be terminated and be replaced by indoor activities. Activities held indoor will be decided depending on the site facilities and trainers' decision. In fact repeatedly participants report that bad weather added the excitement and level of adventurousness their ropes course team building program.
