Besides the remarkable results in professional training, TMIL also provides the services of challenge course building.

We are the first organization to design and construct experiential based training centre in South China. The Oasis Resort Pan Yu, which is fully designed and constructed by TMIL, is the first and biggest experiential based training center in the South China.

We are also the pioneers in ropes course construction in Hong Kong. Mr. Ben Ho is the first training consultant in China who has been invited to join the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) conference 2002 to share the trend, development and expertise of experiential based training in the Greater China Region.

For the purpose of providing state-of-the-art construction and excellent customer services, TMIL strategically allied with Adventure Based Experiential Educators, Incorporated, (ABEE, US) as partners in challenge course construction. TMIL takes parts in design and construction while ABEE would be responsible in safety and construction inspection under ACCT standard. We assure that your challenge course would be fully qualified by international standard and organizations.
