Mr. Ben Ho (Executive Director, CMC)

Mr. Ho specializes in all kinds of corporate training. He is the finder and principal consultant of Training Master International Limited. He is keen on marathon running and a sports lover and always converts his marathon and sports experiences into his training style to inspire other people the importance of work-life balanced lifestyle.
Mr. Ho is a Certified Management Consultant, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Certified Practitioner and a Certified Action Learning Coach. He has been the former executive trainer in HSBC and senior instructor in Hong Kong Outward Bound Training School. He has also been a founding member of the Hong Kong Institute of Adventure Counseling (HKIAC).
With over 20 years experience in experiential and adventure-based training, Mr. Ho has been in charge of developing various distinguished training programs for organizations, though not exhaustive, including Octopus, AECOM, AON, Cathay Pacific, Nestle China, CUHK, Kingsmen HK Ltd., Peninsula Hotel, Shell, ICAC, etc.

Mr. Jonathan Lee (Manager, Training & Business Development)

Mr. Lee is a specialist in designing innovative programs to meet clients’ specific needs and renowned for his good sense of humor and creativity that continuously pour new ideas and concepts into experiential training. Recently, Jonathan has invented “Café Master”, “Arts in Action” and “Agent travel” with local settings. Those programs are all very well received.
Mr. Lee is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Certified Practitioner and with certificate in Train-the-Trainer (HKIHRM), Ropes Access (IRATA) and Proficiency in Challenge Course Standrads. He has been the Former Senior Instructor of Hong Kong Outward Bound Training School and participated in Outward Bound Florida USA Trainers Internship Program Facilitation.
In over 15 years of experience in experiential training and outdoor education field, and the ample experience in managing corporate training locally and regionally with diversified business nature, organizations he has worked global enterprise for include: Credit Suisse HK, JP Morgan, National Australia Bank, Bayer Material Science Ltd., Schenker International, AXA Asia Pacific regional office, Avery Dennison, General Grade Office etc.

Mr. Terence Chan (Project Executive)

With great breakthrough with personal experience, Mr. Chan illustrated his ideas and set up an own development on team building training in Filming that we wisely use for our program. He has obtained overseas studies in University of Taiwan with his experiences and training of drama on stage performance, and his unique outgoing and humorous personality approach to participants sincerely inspired participants in an creativity way.
Over the years, he has certificated in PIP performance class and acts as supporting roles in drama which are shown in public. With various experiences, Mr. Chan has created his unique drama training style which allows him to build up close and supportive relationship with participants. He has actively participated in many of our key programs including: CUEMBA, PolyUMBA, Tai Ping Carpets, Coach and AON Hong Kong Limited and EMSD etc.
