Mr. Paul works as a management level staff in finance & insurance consulting industry. He has obtained overseas studies in business studies from Macquarie University, Australia. Combined with his rich experience in different sectors, his unique outgoing and humorous personality approach to participants sincerely inspired participants in an effective way.
Over the years, he has built up his unique characters which help him build up a close and supportive relationship with his team and participants. As one of the TMI trainers, he has actively participated in many of our key training programs including CU EMBA, PolyU MBA, Tai Ping Carpets, Bossini Enterprises Ltd, TNT Express and Kingsmen HK Ltd.

Mr. Ng graduated at Baptist University BBA, he has full experiences in training and experiential based training in corporate field. Stephen has been engaging in crop training to design and deliver programs as an in-house trainer at Schenker.
Over the years, he has decided to enhance his training experience with participation in a lot of experiential work with TMI as an associate trainers, conducted programs to our clients from different sectors and nationalities. Stephen is a specialist in designing innovative programs in acting and broadcasting. He fully utilizes his creative that continuously pouring broadcasting and acting concepts into experiential training. Stephen has also ample experience in managing corporate training locally and regionally with diversified business nature. Organizations he has worked global enterprise for include: AECOM, Poly U MBA, KGI, Levis etc.
